About Us

We offer creative well-being experiences to companies, to encourage mindfulness and good mental health for their staff, enhancing productivity and promoting company loyalty.
Our sessions are innovative but more importantly, because they are creative and productive, they are a rewarding experience for staff. Whether they have sewn their first bag, painted their first work of art, or written and recorded their first song, your staff will be grinning and energised after their classes.

All experiences are wholly online to cater for those companies who have members of staff spread across different workplace locations. For staff working at home, it helps to foster those social relationships that may be sorely missed, and within the session we gently encourage peer interaction. The ‘show and tell’ is always great fun.
The advantage of being online is that staff from all over the country can come together in a session, and international participants can also take part.
Team bonding takes place naturally as staff enjoy the shared experience of creativity.
Our tutors are professionals in their fields and are very experienced at teaching online. Our class sizes are small to optimise the learner experience.

The format is usually a series of weekly classes with small groups of staff in each session, which can run for just a single week, or for a few months and will always be designed to suit your needs and budget.
All courses are suitable for complete beginners.
We are also happy to discuss projects that cater for larger numbers or groups of teams, or for those wishing to have a whole day of creativity. We take care of everything.
You choose from our range of classes, we organise the rest. All you need to do is forward the details to participants.
We can arrange for each staff member to receive a Skills Pack. For arts and crafts courses this will be delivered ready for use during the sessions, and for those attending the song-writing sessions, a finished, fully produced, radio-ready song will be sent after the final ‘Show and Tell’.

Our sessions are surprisingly economical and start at just £15 per person.
